LONDON-Shine, the producer of Spooks and Masterchef, has leased 10,500 square feet at 42 Gloucester Avenue in London. The TV production company has signed the lease for seven years with Span Group, an investor based in London.
Shine will pay GBP 305,000 per annum in rent for the Gloucester Avenue property. The firm will retain its London home at Primrose Studios at 109 Regents Park Road. Hanover Green represented Shine and Edward Charles represented Span Group in the deal. For the full story, go to Property Week .
