Jaguar Obtains Initial Consent for Braddock Gateway Project

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Jaguar Development LLC of Alexandria has obtained preliminary site-plan consent for the first phase of Braddock Gateway, a five-phase apartment development in Alexandria.

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Jaguar Development LLC of Alexandria has obtained preliminary site-plan consent for the first phase of Braddock Gateway, a five-phase apartment development in Alexandria. The apartment building, measuring 277,000 square feet, will contain 270 units.

Although the development plan for the Braddock Gateway complex was approved in 2008, the developer was not able to start the project due to recession. Eddy Cettina, Jaguar's Managing Partner, said that the final site-plan consent will happen within the coming nine months to a year. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
