SAN FRANCISCO-Twitter has leased 30,000 square feet in the Convention Plaza property at 201 Third St. for one year.

SAN FRANCISCO-Twitter has leased 30,000 square feet at the Convention Plaza property at 201 Third St. for one year. The new space will provide some breathing room for Twitter as Shorentsein Properties bustles to complete the company's 220,000-square foot-headquarters at Market Square at 1355 Market St.

Kilroy Realty recently purchased Convention Plaza for $103 million. David Churton with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, and Margaret Duskin with Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner in the lease deal. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
