LONDON-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has put forward a planning application for a mixed-use reconstruction at 1 St Paul's situated in the City of London.

LONDON-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has put forward a planning application for a mixed-use reconstruction at 1 St Paul's situated in the City of London. The reconstruction is part of the wider development program of AXA Real Estate.

The existing structure at 1 St Paul's will be redeveloped to accommodate 60,000 square feet of offices, 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 10,000 square feet of residential apartments.
