ORLANDO-Colliers International has negotiated a lease deal for an office space in Orlando. Southeast Professional Title has leased 6,087 square feet in Southpoint Executive Center.
The property is owned by New Boston Fund, Inc. Southeast Professional Title will move from its current address in Winter Park to the new location next March. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Colliers International's Todd Davis, while the landlord was represented by Lincoln Property Company's Scott Gregory and Jay Dixon.
