Curtis Pre-Leases 39,000 SF to Selco

LONDON-Curtis Real Estate has enrolled the first tenant at its project in Tottenham in north London.

LONDON-Curtis Real Estate has enrolled the first tenant at its project in Tottenham in north London. Alan and Neil Curtis also obtained a resolution from the planning committee of Haringey Council to grant planning permit for the 145,570-square-foot project on White Hart Lane.

Selco has pre-leased 39,000 square feet of space on the new development. The company is likely to pay over GBP 10 per square foot as rent. Strutt & Parker and Bowyer Bryce are leasing agents for the property. For the full story, go to Property Week .
