LONDON-Hines has completed its new Cannon Place office development in the center of London. The development is a joint venture with London Underground and Network Rail.
The Cannon Place development provides nearly 400,000 square feet of office space, retail amenities and includes the remodeling of Cannon Street station. Hines redeveloped two former office buildings and renovated Cannon Street station. Savills and CB Richard Ellis have been appointed as leasing agents for Cannon Place property.
