JTL Realty Closes Lease Renewal at Baypoint Commerce Center

ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Modern Business Associates, which offers human resource outsourcing and professional employer organization, has extended its lease for 16,439 square feet of office space at Baypoint Commerce Center. In the transaction, JTL Realty negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while CLW Real Estate Services Group negotiated on behalf of the owner.
