FRANKFURT-Lufthansa has leased 199,131 square feet of space at THE SQUAIRE. The airline signed a letter of intent for the space in early August.
With the airline lease, the occupancy rate at the office development, situated over the high-speed train station in the center of Airport City Frankfurt, has reached 82%. Lufthansa will relocate to the new location next spring. Other occupiers include Hilton and KPMG. THE SQUAIRE features office, retail, hotel, gastronomic and service areas.
