BP Fully Leases Three Eldridge Place

HOUSTON-BP Plc has become the sole tenant of the Three Eldridge Place, a Class A office building located in the Energy Corridor District of Houston, by signing a lease for another 60,000 square feet.

HOUSTON-BP Plc has become the sole tenant of the Three Eldridge Place, a Class A office building located in the Energy Corridor District of Houston, by signing a lease for another 60,000 square feet. The company had a choice to lease the remaining space when it inked a lease for the first 245,000-square-foot space in the building measuring 305,000 square feet in July 2011.

BP will occupy the space this quarter. Behringer Harvard is the owner of the Three Eldridge Place. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
