DURHAM, NC-Construction is underway at The Streets at Southpoint in south Durham for three new retail occupants. Forever 21 will occupy a two-story, 18,000-square-foot space, The Crocs shoe store take 1,600 square feet and Teavana will occupy nearly 900 square feet at the mall.

Patrick Anderson, General Manager of Southpoint, said that the Crocs store and the Forever 21 store will be opened in mid-November, while the Teavana store will be opened in early November. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
