ENGLEWOOD, CO-The Industrial Company has signed a deal to lease 74,500 square feet in the Meridian Corporate Center II, a Class A office building located at 9780 Mt. Pyramid Court in Englewood. The company plans to relocate its headquarters to the 117,000-square-foot property situated in Douglas County on February 1 2011.

In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Bruce Johnson and Brendan Fisher of CresaPartners, while Cushman & Wakefield's Matthew Gautreau and Nicholas Pavlakovich represented the owner, Winthrop Realty Trust. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
