FORT MYERS, FL-RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division and Cushman-Wakefield have negotiated a lease deal for a commercial building in Forty Myers. Green Gallon Solutions of NA LLC has leased the commercial building measuring 18,619 square feet at 7904 Interstate Court in N. Fort Myers.

Green Gallon Solutions has leased the building from 7904 Interstate Court, LLC for $349,533. RE/MAX Realty Group's Hal Arkin and Dan Miller and Cushman-Wakefield's Gary Tasman were involved in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
