LONDON-Land Securities has filed a planning petition for redevelopment of a 95,000-square-foot shopping centre in Taplow. The company plans to convert the Bishop Centre into a 131,500-square-foot center.
Tesco has already decided to occupy 55,000 square feet of space. The remaining space in the redevelopment will be allotted into roughly 10 to 12 smaller leisure and retail units. The project will include a scheme of landscaping and a new access point on the way to Bath Road. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
