ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has brokered two lease deals totaling 23,130 square feet in Orlando.

ORLANDO-Morrison Commercial Real Estate has brokered two lease deals totaling 23,130 square feet in Orlando. Lisa Bailey and Phil Marchese with Morrison Commercial Real Estate negotiated a 9,600-square-foot lease at 851 Gill Drive on behalf of the Hitched Wedding & Event Rental.

Lisa Bailey has also negotiated a lease renewal deal for 13,530 square feet at 4501 SW 34th St. for My Design on behalf of the landlord. In the Gill Drive deal, Liberty Property Trust's Dan Colletto represented the owner. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
