Seven Counties to Occupy Space in Medical Plaza One

LOUISVILLE, KY-Seven Counties Services Inc., a provider of behavioral health and development services, has signed a lease for 15,000 square feet of space in Medical Plaza One on Stonestreet Road for its new southwest Jefferson County office. The agency will occupy the entire first-floor space of the building situated near Jewish Hospital Medical Center Southwest.

Louisville-based Trilogy Health Services LLC is the owner of Medical Plaza One. Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate and Duncan Commercial Real Estate LLC provided leasing services. For the full story, go to Business First .
