LONDON-European real estate investment manager Valad has leased three retail warehouses in Sudbury, Pembroke Dock and Thetford to B&Q.

LONDON-European real estate investment manager Valad has leased three retail warehouses in Sudbury, Pembroke Dock and Thetford to B&Q. The firm has leased the three stores, which total 92,488 square feet of space, on behalf of V+ UK fund.

B&Q has leased the three retail warehouses for 10 years from the V+ UK fund. Valad's UK team controls nearly 15 million square feet of properties across six of the company's 15 funds. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
