SAN DIEGO-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has hired Ryan Spradling to join the company as a sales and leasing specialist in its industrial sector. Prior to joining Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, Spradling was with Cushman & Wakefield.

Spradling worked as an industrial specialist for eight years at Burnham Real Estate representing tenants, landlords and investors in the sale as well as lease transactions. He is a member of a Commercial Real Estate Development Association, NAIOP. Spradling has completed his academic degree from Vanderbilt University.
