
ST. LOUIS, MO-Dean Wolfe, a former executive at May Department Stores Co., and Marian Nunn, a former THF Realty chief operating office, are two of the heads behind a planned $85-million outlet mart in Chesterfield. Wolfe and other backers have revealed their plans for the Spirit of St. Louis Outlets, a 55-acre, 555,000-square-foot outlet mall.
The outlet mall will have Chesterfield Blue Valley as its anchor tenant, a 131-acre mixed-use development to house office space, restaurants, a hotel and entertainment venues. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
