
CINCINNATI-Staples Inc. will occupy the final anchor space at the Bridgewater Falls shopping center in Fairfield Township. The office products company has leased 17,000 square feet at the 600,000-square-foot retail center.
Phillips Edison & Co. purchased the Bridgewater Falls center in 2009. Staples is expecting to open its new store in March 2012. With the Staples lease, the center is approximately 92% to 93% occupied. Scott Mitchell of Phillips Edison brought Staples to Bridgewater Falls.
