CINCINNATI-Strauss & Troy, a 45-attorney legal firm based in Cincinnati, has extended its office lease at 150 E. Fourth Street. As per the lease extension deal, the firm will continue to occupy its 37,000-square-foot office space through 2019. The firm is the biggest occupant of the building located in downtown Cincinnati. Federal Reserve Bank and Barnes Dennig & Co. Ltd. are some of the other tenants of the building.
