CHICAGO-S&R Media Group and Columbia Insurance Group have inked lease deals for a total area of 40,000 square feet at an office building where Bell Federal Savings & Loan had its headquarters. The Farbman Group based in Southfield, Michigan is the owner of the property located at 79 W. Monroe Street. With these deals, the Loop office property measuring 200,000 square feet is now 67% occupied.
