
PHILADELPHIA-Toll Brothers Inc. is about to start construction on 66 townhouses on the other side of its Naval Square development in Philadelphia. The project, which amounts to approximately $31 million, is known as 2400 South and is part of a residential development at the site.
Toll Brothers plans to build 56 condominiums, but it is still marketing condos at Naval Square. In the suburbs of Pennsylvania, the company is advancing to open Autumn Preserve, a single-family housing job situated in Plumbstead. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
