NEW YORK CITY-A partnership between Alex Adjmi and Bobby Cayre's Aurora Associates has leased its retail spaces to Levi's and Shoe designer Carlo Pazolini. Levi's has inked a 10,000-square-foot lease at 495 Broadway. The base rent for the space is $3 million per year. PBS Realty represented the tenant in the deal.
Carlo Pazolini has leased a two-level space measuring 8,000 square feet at 534 Broadway. The rent for the ground floor space of the retail condominium is $400 per square foot. For the full story, go to New York Post .
