ORLANDO-NAI Realvest's Michael Heidrich has closed two industrial lease renewals at commerce centers in Orlando and Lake Mary on behalf of the owners. HornerXpress-Central Florida, Inc. has extended its 12,903-square-foot lease in suite 130 at Lake Mary Business Center located at 1150 Emma Oaks Trail. Dalfen America Corporation of Westmount is the owner of the center.

Home Medical Equipment, Inc. has extended its 4,000-square-foot lease in suites 540-550 at the Hanging Moss CommerCenter located at 6100 Hanging Moss Road. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
