LONDON-Union Investment is spending approximately GBP 30 million to complete renovation of Finsbury Circus House in London. The eight-story property was constructed in the 1980s.
Union Investment started the renovation work in March and will enlarge the existing office space to 137,000 square feet. The property is also getting a new north facade.
