FORT MYERS, FL-VIP Realty's Mark L. Morris has negotiated two leases totaling 20,184 square feet in Fort Myers. Singleton and Wheeler, LLC has leased its 16,800-square-foot industrial space located at 3842 Ironbridge Blvd. to Sara Ojeda, Inc. Morris brokered the deal for the owner, while CAM Realty of SW Florida, Inc. brokered for the tenant.

Metro-Daniels Investors, LLC has leased its 3,384-square-foot office space located at 13350 Metro Parkway, Suite 302, to Rogers Towers. Morris negotiated the deal for the tenant. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
