SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Irvine, California-based AT Security Service has leased 58,100 square feet of space at 8665 E. Hartford Drive in Perimeter Gateway V in Scottsdale for 10 years.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Irvine, California-based AT Security Service has leased 58,100 square feet of space at 8665 E. Hartford Drive in Perimeter Gateway V in Scottsdale for 10 years. Terms of the lease were not revealed. The company will shift its headquarters to the new location from Irvine.

In the transaction, Retail Advisors S.W.'s Bo Sederstrom negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Lee & Associates' Colton Trauter, Chris Krewson and Bill Blake brokered for the owner, Desert Troon Cos. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
