ALBANY, NY-Waterford, New York-based Jersen Construction Group is preparing to construct a flex warehouse measuring 90,000 square feet in Malta, New York. The cost of the project was not revealed.
Jersen inked a long-term lease for the site at the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park. The 280-acre technology park is owned by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
