BOSTON-CresaPartners of Boston has negotiated a lease renewal deal in Boston on behalf of Murphy & King PC, the tenant. The law firm has renewed its lease for 20,663 square feet at One Beacon Street.

The property is owned by Beacon Capital Properties. Brandon Leitner, Joe Sciolla and Rick Lowe from CresaPartners represented the tenant, while Bill Anderson, Jay Driscoll and Dave Martel from Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
