RALEIGH, NC-The Preiss Co., a student housing developer based in Raleigh, has begun construction on a 288-bed apartment development near N.C. State University's campus. The $13-million gated apartment community, known as University Village 2505, is coming up at the junction of Lineberry and Lake Wheeler Road.
University Village 2505 will include 72 apartment units, an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, a basketball court, a pool, tanning beds and a resource center. The community is expected to be opened in August 2012. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
