Prologis Breaks Ground on 147,000-SF Facility

HOUSTON-San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. has started construction on a speculative industrial facility at 330 Northpark Central Dr. in north Houston.

HOUSTON-San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. has started construction on a speculative industrial facility at 330 Northpark Central Dr. in north Houston. The new facility, which measures 147,000 square feet, is situated in Prologis NorthPark.

Prologis' 11.3-million-square-foot portfolio in Houston is 97.5% leased. Four existing buildings totaling 517,060 square feet in Prologis NorthPark are fully leased. The speculative industrial facility, expected to be completed in March 2012, is being constructed by Sugar Land-based E.E. Reed Construction LP. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
