
CHICAGO-A joint venture including Albert Friedman is preparing to construct a 657-room hotel development at Illinois and Clark streets. The 501 N. Clark St. building has been demolished to make way for a Fairfield Inn & Suites, a Hyatt Place and an Aloft hotel.
Friedman has teamed up with White Lodging Services Corp. to develop the 16-story project. According to White Lodging's website, the Fairfield Inn & Suites, the Hyatt Place and the Aloft hotel will have 177, 208 and 272 rooms, respectively. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
