ORLANDO-Quest Company of Central Florida, Inc. has brokered a lease deal for a warehouse space in Winter Springs.

ORLANDO-Quest Company of Central Florida, Inc. has brokered a lease deal for a warehouse space in Winter Springs. Uni-Select Inc. has leased the warehouse space measuring 6,000 square feet at 1055 Nursery Road.

Uni-Select has signed the lease deal for five years with the owner of the property, Reeco Properties, LLLP. Eva Grace Royal with Quest Company of Central Florida negotiated the warehouse lease on behalf of Reeco Properties. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
