BILLERICA, MA-The Gutierrez Company has selected Cassidy Turley FHO as leasing agent for its 600 Technology Park Drive property in Billerica. Cassidy Turley FHO has negotiated a lease renewal deal in the 310,000-square-foot facility.

Avaya has renewed its lease for 10 years with The Gutierrez Company for 137,000 square feet at the Technology Park Drive facility. Newmark Knight Frank brokers represented the tenant, while Cassidy Turley FHO brokers represented the landlord in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
