SANDY SPRINGS, GA-Roberts Properties Inc. has selected Baker Barrios Architects of Orlando as architect for its $28-million Northridge project in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The 465,000-square-foot apartment complex will comprise 216 single- and double-bedroom units and a 10,300-square-foot clubhouse along with a theater.
Other amenities in the complex include granite counter tops, covered parking, stainless steel appliances and balcony views. The project is slated to start in Q1 2012 and the first phase is expected to be completed by spring 2013. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
