
BETHESDA, MD-StonebridgeCarras LLC, a developer based in Bethesda, is planning to start construction towards the end of this year on a mixed-use development in Bethesda. Douglas Firstenberg, the founding partner, said the construction will begin with the Darcy, a $150-million condominium building in the Montgomery County neighborhood.
The mixed-use project will include a 40,000-square-foot retail space, 250 residential units and a 1,300-space parking structure. Firstenberg said that StonebridgeCarras hopes to start construction by November or December. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
