StonebridgeCarras Starts Constitution Square Project

WASHINGTON, DC-Douglas Firstenberg and his StonebridgeCarras LLC of Bethesda have started construction on a spec office building measuring 345,000 square feet in Constitution Square in the District's NoMa neighborhood. StonebridgeCarras and Walton Street Capital LLC have started the construction work on Monday.

The office building will also include a Harris Teeter supermarket, residential and retail development. Cassidy Turley has been retained by StonebridgeCarras to market the office space to tenants. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
