WASHINGTON, DC-The American Lung Association is expanding its headquarters in Washington, DC. The health care organization has added 5,535 square feet to its existing space in the District.

With the new lease, the association's total square footage at the 206,643-square-foot building has reached 16,420 square feet. Washington, DC-based Quadrangle Development Corp. is the owner of the property. Gene Martin and Glenn Melzer with the Ezra Co. represented the tenant, while Leigh Jackson with Quadrangle represented the landlord in the deal.
