NEW YORK CITY-Oberon Media is moving from One World Financial Center to 100 Wall St.

NEW YORK CITY-Oberon Media is moving from One World Financial Center to 100 Wall St. The company has subleased 16,100 square feet of office space at 100 Wall St. situated between South and Water streets from Buro Happold Inc.

Oberon Media will occupy the entire eighth-floor space of the Savanna-owned building. Asking rent was $35 per square foot. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented Oberon Media, and the Cocoran Group represented Buro Happold in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
