Surgical Care Affiliates Leases Space at City Gate Plaza

SACRAMENTO-An affiliate of Newport Beach, California-based KBS Realty Advisors has signed a lease with Alabama-based Surgical Care Affiliates LLC for 8,000 square feet at City Gate Plaza, a two-building, 105,003-square-foot Class A office complex at 2450 Venture Oaks Way in Sacramento.
