LAKE CITY, FL-Tenant Contractors Inc. is construction a new headquarters in Lake City for Cady & Cady Studios. The $1-million project, located at 496 Ring Court, is designed by Jacksonville-based Designmind LLC.
The project involves transformation of an 18,000-square-foot warehouse into a multiuse studio office/production space. Construction was started on October 10 and is slated to be finished by the end of this year. Cady & Cady has offices on St. Johns County's County Road 210 and on Southbank in Jacksonville.
