MIAMI-Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for two office buildings in Miami.

MIAMI-Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for two office buildings in Miami. The two properties are Airport Financial Center, a 10-story, 105,041-square-foot office building 700 South Royal Poinciana Blvd., and 2500 Coral Way, a 2-story, 12,219-square-foot office building at 2500 SW 3rd Ave. in the Coral Way submarket.

AFC Investments, LLC is the owner of Airport Financial Center. Danet Linares and Andres del Corral of Blanca Commercial Real Estate will handle the leasing assignment. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
