LONDON-Derwent London, in partnership with Crossrail Limited, has submitted a planning petition for a mixed-use development at 1 Oxford Street in London. The proposed two-building project, having 275,000 square feet of space, will be constructed over the London Underground Station and Tottenham Court Road Crossrail.
The larger building will have 177,000 square feet of offices and 37,000 square feet of retail space, while the smaller building will comprise a 34,000-square-foot, 350-seat theatre and 27,000 square feet of offices. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
