
BOSTON-Asian Community Development Corp. and New Boston Fund have secured $130 million in city and state funds for a 345-unit multifamily project in Boston. The construction financing will help start the initial phase of the development.
The project, known as Parcel 24, will comprise 200 market-rate units, 50 homeownership residences and 95 affordable apartments.
