HONOLULU-Kamehameha Schools is preparing to redevelop a block along Ala Moana Boulevard in the Kakaako neighborhood in Honolulu into a retail and restaurant complex. The private landowner is planning to spend $30 million for the 60,000 square-foot complex.

The Honolulu Star-Advertiser has reported that the trust's redevelopment plans include renovating and replacing existing buildings with a retail complex and building a 225-stall parking garage.
