Legal & General Granted Planning Permission for Corby Project

NORTHAMPTON, UK-On behalf of Industrial Property Investment Fund, Legal & General Property has been awarded planning permission to build a distribution warehouse measuring approximately 900,000 square feet at its previous Gefco UK Car Storage site located on Geddington Road in Corby. The project, called Cor!!, will include a 880,754-square-foot warehouse unit and roughly 40,000 square feet of office space.

Roxhill Developments is the developer of the Corby project. King Sturge, Burbage Realty and CBRE have been selected to market the project. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
