ST. PAUL, MN-Addison, Texas-based Behringer Harvard has signed two new lease deals in Lawson Commons at 380 St. Peter St. in downtown St. Paul. Twin Metals Minnesota LLC and DMC (USA) LLC have leased roughly 14,000 square feet and 4,000 square feet, respectively, on the seventh floor of the office building for their headquarters.
