Debenhams Leases 62,000 SF at Ravenside Retail Park

CHESTERFIELD, UK-Debenhams has inked a deal to lease 62,000 square feet of space to house its department store at Ravenside Retail Park located in Chesterfield.

CHESTERFIELD, UK-Debenhams has inked a deal to lease 62,000 square feet of space to house its department store at Ravenside Retail Park located in Chesterfield. It will be the first Debenhams store in Chesterfield. Land Securities is the owner of the retail park measuring 103,000 square feet. Pets at Home, Currys, JJB Sports and Next are some of the other tenants of the retail property.
