ERFURT, GERMANY-Goodman Group will build a logistics center measuring 839,585 square feet in the freight terminal of Erfurt. The warehouse is pre-leased to Zalando, an e-commerce retailer, for 16 years. Construction will start in mid-October 2011 and completion is slated for August 2012. The center will provide 764,237 square feet of floor area and 75,347 square feet as social and office space.
